Tourist village
Every villa - built in an anti-seismic system - has four ground level flats with veranda. Each 2 rooms apartments in "Villette" have a kitchen area, living room, bathroom with shower and one bedroom, whereas the 3 room-apartments in "Villetta" have also another bedroom with 2 single beds. All apartmens are equipped with Satellite TV, telephone, safe and air conditioning. The 2 room-flats in "Villetta" can accommodate up to 5 people, the 3 room-ones up to 6 people

Residence
In the building there are one-room apartments and double-room-apartments all furnished with a kitchen, a living-room with sofa, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. The two-room-apartments have one more bedroom and can accomodate up to 6 people. Instead the one-room apartments can accomodate up to 4 people.
