Stay: Arrival on Saturday from 5:00 P.M. to 9.00 P.M.

Departure: on Saturday till 10.00 AM.

Apartments: all supplied with a direct line to place phone calls, satellite TV, safe, air condition and heating; the apartments of the main building can be located on the ground or on the first floor, the ones in the small houses are only on the ground floor, with a small garden and in blocks of 4 flats. All the apartments have beds situated on the floor and no bunk bed. The appartments in Residence have hairdryer.

Mono "A": Studio in the "Residence". Kitchen/Living room with a sofa for 2 persons, one double bed, bathroom with shower and a balcony.

Bilo "B": 2 rooms apartment in the "Residence" Kitchen/Living room, with a sofa for 2 persons, a double bedroom and also a sofa for 2 persons, bathroom with shower and a terrace.

Bilo "C": 2 rooms apartment in "Villette" Kitchen/Living room, with a sofa for 2 persons, one double bedroom and also a single bed, bathroom with shower, veranda, garden.

Trilo "D": 3 rooms apartment in "Villette" Kitchen/Living room with a sofa for 2 persons, one double room with a double bed, one double room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, veranda, garden.

To be paid on the spot: "Forfait Facilities" a lump sum for services and uses, that is compulsory for who is older than 4 years, which is euro 28,00 per person per week from the 27.03 to the 19.06 and from the 04.09 to 16.10, euro 35,00 from the 19.06 to 04.09. It includes: final cleaning, bed linen and towels with the weekly change, air condition or heating, Satellite TV. Safe in the apartment, tree use of the sports equipment including tennis courts fitness room and access to all that is included under the voice "Services"; then there is a shuttle bus that brings the customers to the nearby beaches, a parking place per each apartment in the inner but not guarded parking lot.

Deposit: euro 200,00 in cash to be left at the arrival; this money will be give back to you at the end of your stay, after having checked the apartment first.

The cleaning of the cooking area of the kitchen must be done by the costumers, otherwise we will charge euro 38,00 to the customers account.

Special Baby package required: cradle/baby bed, high chair in apartment, small bathtub euro 5,00 per day, maximum one per each apartment. No additional charge if brought by the customers.

Special offer: periods "A" and "B" 26.06 - 03.07 (day of departure) - clients will pay 6 days instead of 7.


Offers between the period "D" and period "F": For stays of three weeks or more 10% discount.

Weekend offers: in the periods "A" and "B" there is the possibility to get a stay that lasts less than a week, but minimum 3 days. Costs to be paid on the spot a lump sum of euro 7,00 per person per day, maximum euro 28,00.

Easter: in this period there is the possibility to get a stay that lasts less than a week, but minimum 4 days.

August Offer: 10% discount for the week from 31.07 to 07.08 (departure) and from 21.08 to 28.08 (departure)

Early booking: clients will receive a 8% discount booking within 31 March.

Animals: Admitted only the ones of small size (depende of breed) and only in the apartment "C" and "D" (no beach, swimming pool, restaurant) euro 65,00 for week.
